Welcome to our humble home, where our memories cherished by the heritage of our ancestors. It is a house of many people in our family line, where we grow and dreams of the world. When finally most of us are engaging our own dreams, the house is left under our management, until we decided to develop it and share the good ambience into a homestay for public.
Currently we have 8 rooms, many loyal costumers, and also hopefully many more new friends to stay at our place. In this traditional Javanese house, we’ve got the warmth of the city, ambience of friendlines, and a good surrounding in the heart of Yogya. The house is an antique Javanese style house, remodelled to include more rooms, while still keeping up its traditional spirit.
We do not install air conditioning, we try to keep the homestay as simple as it was in the old days. We do have electricity, don’t worry, it’s 220 Voltage in here, but some international plugs may need adapters. Make sure you have them for your traveling or we can help you once you reach us. Besides from that, our home still maintain its original condition, where the main entrance or terrace have a meeting place, rows of senthongs or rooms, a common dining room, and at the back of the house, we have the bathrooms, washing-laundry area, and kitchen.
Our home promote local community empowerment, where some of our revenue also goes to support cleanliness of the surrounding, while we wish to educate the surrounding about the importance of tourism and indegenous culture. We hope that our programs in the future will help the community to strive and prepare better life. As we are a family owned homestay, we try to keep your stay and the ambience as homy as visiting your own home.
